1. Ownership of Platform

This website is the corporate portal of EUSEN HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. (UEN: 202601482H). Eusen Holdings serves as the Regional Headquarters and Principal Management Arm of the Group, providing centralized administrative and subsidiary management oversight, operating under the strategic ownership of ERW Capital LLP. All content, designs, and intellectual assets are managed by Eusen Holdings under this structure.

2. Intellectual Property & Pending Trademarks

All Intellectual Property, including but not limited to ZENCOV™, ZYLOPOS™, and proprietary software frameworks, are the exclusive property of ERW Capital LLP. Managed by Eusen Holdings as Master Licensee.

Trademark Application Status

Users are hereby notified that trademark applications for ZYLOPOS™ and ZENCOV™ are currently in progress. ZYLOPOS™ and ZENCOV™ are registered trademarks of ERW Capital LLP, managed by Eusen Holdings. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or "passing off" of these marks or their underlying technologies will be met with rigorous legal action to protect our Common Law and statutory rights.

ERW Capital LLP retains absolute ownership of:

  • All source codes and system logic
  • Engineering blueprints and technical specifications
  • Trademark rights (registered and pending)
  • Brand identities and proprietary technologies
  • Software architectures and SaaS solutions

3. Licensing & Operational Mandate

Eusen Holdings operates a centralized IP-holding model. Our subsidiaries operate under formal licensing agreements:

3.1 Authorized Operational Licensees

Adneti Technologies Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 201202598W) is the Group's strategic arm for Hosting Services and Data Analytics. It is the sole authorized operational entity for the deployment and management of the ZYLOPOS™ smart commerce ecosystem and associated SaaS frameworks.

Singapore Robot Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 201535442H) specializes in the Wholesale of Electronic Components and Electrical Wiring Accessories. It is the authorized industrial distribution hub for ZENCOV™ sensory technologies and automated hardware solutions.

3.2 No Transfer of IP Ownership

No transfer of IP ownership occurs during these operational activities. All intellectual property rights remain vested in ERW Capital LLP; Eusen Holdings operates under a master licensing agreement as the Regional Headquarters and Principal Management Arm.

3.3 Asset Protection

This structure ensures that:

  • Intellectual assets are protected at the parent level
  • Operational risks are isolated from IP ownership
  • Long-term asset integrity is maintained
  • Subsidiary operations do not affect core IP rights
